The Closet Story is an Indian designer fashion label, owned and operated by Namrata and Samridhi, based in New Delhi, India. We sell handcrafted Indian designer wear through this website and via WhatsApp.

We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not have access to your card, UPI, or bank information at any point.

Your account details are stored in a secure Google Sheets database accessible only to The Closet Story team. Order and payment records are maintained by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
